Nodle (NODL) is the native cryptocurrency of the Nodle Network, a decentralized wireless network designed to connect and locate IoT devices by leveraging millions of smartphones running the Nodle app. Nodle aims to provide low-cost, ubiquitous connectivity for the Internet of Things. NODL token is used to reward smartphone users (and other devices) for contributing their network resources (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) to connect IoT devices and transmit data. It is also used by businesses and individuals to pay for using the Nodle Network to locate or communicate with their IoT devices. The token incentivizes crowd-sourced network infrastructure for the IoT.
