MTA token holders are responsible for governing the mStable protocol. They participate in voting on proposals related to protocol upgrades, risk parameters for stablecoin pools, fee structures, and the distribution of yield. MTA can also be staked to earn a share of the protocol's revenue and boost yield farming rewards, aligning incentives between token holders and the protocol's success and security.
