Linear Finance (LINA) is a cross-chain compatible, decentralized synthetic asset protocol. It allows users to create and trade synthetic assets ("Liquids") that represent various real-world assets (like cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities, market indices) on the blockchain. Linear Finance aims to provide liquid and accessible exposure to traditional and crypto assets. LINA token is the native utility and governance token of the protocol. It is used for staking as collateral to "build" (mint) Liquids, earning staking rewards (including a share of protocol revenue), and participating in the decentralized governance of the Linear Finance protocol, voting on parameters and supported assets. The token underpins the synthetic asset creation and trading platform.
