Keep3rV1 (KP3R) is the token powering the Keep3r Network, a decentralized platform designed to connect decentralized protocols (which need to execute tasks or "jobs") with external entities ("Keepers") that can perform these tasks. Examples of jobs include triggering harvesting for yield farming protocols or executing liquidations. KP3R token is used to pay Keepers for successfully executing jobs required by smart contracts. Keepers also bond KP3R tokens to register and participate in the network, aligning incentives. The token facilitates the decentralized coordination and execution of maintenance tasks for various DeFi and Web3 protocols, acting as a work token for decentralized automation.
